Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the orders delivery date. Returns are accepted for all of the following reasons:
—wrong item shipped
—defective item
—not satisfied with the functionality of the item

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and /or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund the full shipping amount.

Note that returns may take up to two weeks to process once the merchandise has been received.

Returns must be accompanied with the reason for return, a return address and email address. We are not responsible for lost return packages. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Your order will usually ship within 4-7 business days after you receive an email Order Confirmation.  This does not include the selected time for package transit. Cigar Companion Concepts charges sales tax for orders shipped to Arizona only. Please note, we are not liable for incorrect shipping address provided with orders. 
 

Shipping Rates are calculated per weight by shipping method.
